  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

  • Expedited options available at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over $75.00

  • Flat rate shipping $5.00 

  • All orders include tracking information sent via email

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your Joohee Label purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind or find that your item doesn’t meet your expectations, simply follow our easy return process.
 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery

  • Tags must be still attached 

  • Final sale items (discounted items are not eligible for return)

  • Items MUST be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Contact us at jooheelabel@gmail.com with your order number to start a return 

  • Free returns for store credit

  • Customer pays return shipping for refunds

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item
